NLP Resources on transcriptional regulation

Resources on available on this repository have been generated by the PCG laboratory that is part of the Centre for Genomic Ciences at the UNAM.

These resources have been created as part of diferent projects within the laboratory but besides serving their original purpose, we think they can be very useful for any other team doing NLP on this kind of lietarture.

There are not dependencies among resources unless so indicated.

Resources are:

  • regulondb_glove-vectors_201711.zip Glove embbedings trained on the textual content of more than 6k articles about transcriptional regulation. A list of terms and its counts is provided as well.
