Interestingly , the gene bapA and genes of the capsule operons , which are regulated by CsgD in S. enterica serovar Enteritidis strains ( Latasa et al. , 2005 ; Gibson et al. , 2006 ) were not found to be CsgD-regulated in S. Typhimurium under the experimental conditions .
