Among other genes with significantly reduced expression in LP strains , yeaG , yncC , rpsV , osmE , yiaG , otsA , fbaB , talA , poxB , yehY , dps , sodC , katE , bfr , osmY are regulated by the alternative sigma factor RpoS .
